Senior BA · TPM · AI Program Lead
Three targeted versions — pick the one that matches your role. Each draws from the same 20-year arc: GxP validated systems at Genentech, $100M+ enterprise delivery at Roche, and hands-on AI implementation on AWS.
Why three resumes?
Most 20-year careers converge on a single title. Mine genuinely spans three distinct disciplines — each with its own tools, recruiter networks, and hiring managers who speak a different language. A BA recruiter at a life sciences firm and a cloud TPM recruiter at a tech consultancy are looking for completely different things, even when the underlying experience is the same.
Rather than forcing one resume to do three jobs badly, I built one targeted version per lane. The credentials, the framing, and the keywords shift — the 20-year track record behind them doesn't.
Why IC and not Director?
With 20+ years of experience — including time as a Delivery Head managing teams and $100M+ programs — I could be targeting Director or VP roles. I'm not, and that's a deliberate choice.
I want to stay close to the work: designing systems, building on AWS, writing validation documentation, governing AI programs hands-on. The third resume exists because I'm actively building toward AI/ML delivery — and you can't do that from a Director's chair two levels above the implementation. I've seen what happens when leaders get too far from the work. I'm not ready for that, and the market doesn't need another executive who hasn't touched a system in five years.
The arc matters more to me than the title.
